About Me
In 2018, I found myself unsure whether to get a divorce. A friend referred me to a divorce coach—something I had never heard of—and the experience made a profound difference. With her guidance, I gained clarity about my options, stayed grounded through the process, and made future-focused, values-based decisions while guiding my children through the transition.
Although I had an excellent lawyer and a trusted therapist, my divorce coach helped me understand my options and keep me grounded as I navigated the process. Ultimately, I saved time, money, and unnecessary stress thanks to her.
A few years later, when my coach, Tracy Callahan, founded Divorce Coaches Academy, I chose to train as a Certified Divorce Coach. Drawing on my background in communications and personal training, I now support others through this complex transition with clarity and structure.
Having been on both sides of the process—as a client and now as a trained professional—I understand both the emotional weight of the decision and the practical realities of navigating it well.
My aim is to offer the kind of structured guidance that helped me: thoughtful decision-making, skillful conflict management, and an approach rooted in long-term well-being—for you and your children.
